Cafe Patachou to open new location in Fishers, IN

Won’t Stop Hospitality’s signature concept to open eighth location
in the heart of the Nickel Plate District

Cafe Patachou Nickel Plate, Won't Stop Hospitality Founder Martha Hoover's eighth location of Cafe Patachou, will open in Fishers, IN at 8654 E 116th St., on Tuesday, Dec. 17. The six-time James Beard-nominated restaurateur’s newest location will operate from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Friday and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday, features a private dining and meeting space, and seats 100 inside the dining room. Two patios will flank the building, with the west side running parallel to the Nickel Plate Trail.

Guests can expect the same world class breakfast and lunch experience they have come to know for more than 35 years at Cafe Patachou. The menu features omelettes, salads, soups, sandwiches, and pastries, all made-to-order from scratch.

“I am excited to see the opening of the eighth Cafe Patachou in Fishers,” said Founder Martha Hoover. “The preopening reception has been overwhelming and there is a lot of excitement surrounding bringing the Patachou experience to customers in this vibrant community.”

Hoover tapped Indianapolis-based firm DELV design to oversee architecture and interior design, with building and execution by Capitol Construction. Architectural attributes include a variety of brick colors, textures, and patterns, and a rounded brick corner emulating the original, historic location of Cafe Patachou in Meridian Kessler.

The interior reveals a timeless yet modern, dynamic style, with paint colors and a fantastical floral wall covering in calming shades of green-blue paying homage to recently-opened Cafe Patachou Stutz and Zionsville locations. A four-sided upholstered banquette is the focal point of the dining area, and signature countertop seating lends to Cafe Patachou’s convivial “Student Union for Adults” atmosphere.

"After joining the Won't Stop Hospitality team this past June, I am thrilled to have supported the opening of a Cafe Patachou location that represents so much momentum for the brand,” said CEO Michelle Andersen. “The team has worked incredibly hard to deliver Martha Hoover's signature concept in a cultural district of Fishers with exciting growth, just in time for the holidays."
